How long does processing and shipping take?
Most current orders are processed in 5 to 7 business days before shipping. Tracking is issued after an order ships, and carrier delivery timing is selected at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
The current policy says shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed, so please review every address detail before completing checkout.
What is the return policy?
Because hair is a personal-use product, refunds are not issued for hair extensions or lace wigs. Eligible exchanges must be requested promptly and returned unworn, unaltered, and sealed according to the current policy.
Are wigs returnable?
Wigs are final sale under the current policy. Custom wig orders have a separate construction timeline and verification process.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
The current policy requires a signature for all orders and does not ship to P.O. boxes. Use a physical shipping address at checkout.
