How long does processing and shipping take?
Most current orders are processed in 2–3 business days before shipping. Tracking is issued after an order ships, and carrier delivery timing is selected at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
The current policy says shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed, so please review every address detail before completing checkout.
What is the return policy?
Eligible hair bundle returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging. Wigs and sale items are final sale. See the Exchange & Return Policy for full details.
Are wigs returnable?
No. All wigs are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
The current policy requires a signature for all orders and does not ship to P.O. boxes. Use a physical shipping address at checkout.
